অর্থ প্রদানের পদ্ধতি: আমরা বিভিন্ন পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে অর্থ গ্রহণ করি, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং, এবং অন্যান্য উপলব্ধ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে।

মূল্য নির্ধারণ এবং কর: সমস্ত মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) এবং প্রযোজ্য কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে। আপনার ব্যাংক বা পেমেন্ট সেবা প্রদানকারী দ্বারা আরোপিত কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৭. শিপিং এবং ডেলিভারি

ডেলিভারি পলিসি: শিপিং, ডেলিভারি সময় এবং সম্পর্কিত চার্জ সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য দয়া করে আমাদের ডেলিভারি পলিসি দেখুন।

ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি:অটোকেয়ার থেকে ক্রয়কৃত সমস্ত আইটেম একটি শিপমেন্ট চুক্তির অধীনে তৈরি করা হয়। এই ধরনের আইটেমের ঝুঁকি এবং মালিকানা আমাদের দ্বারা ক্যারিয়ারকে ডেলিভারি দেওয়ার পর আপনার কাছে স্থানান্তরিত হয়।

৮. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড

রিটার্ন পলিসি: আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে যোগ্য পণ্যগুলি ফেরত দেওয়ার অনুমতি দেয়। আরও তথ্যের জন্য দয়া করে আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি দেখুন।

রিফান্ড:আমরা রিটার্নকৃত পণ্যটি গ্রহণ এবং এর অবস্থাটি যাচাই করার পরে ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করব। রিফান্ডটি মূল অর্থ প্রদানের পদ্ধতি বা স্টোর ক্রেডিটের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।

৯. মেধাস্বত্ব

মালিকানা: এই ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, চিত্র, এবং সফটওয়্যার, অটোকেয়ার বা এর কন্টেন্ট সরবরাহকারীদের সম্পত্তি এবং কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক, এবং অন্যান্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

১০. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

সাধারণ দায়বদ্ধতা: অটোকেয়ার আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আপেক্ষিক, বা ফলশ্রুতিমূলক ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে রাজস্ব, মুনাফা, বা ডেটা হারানোর ক্ষতি।

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত এবং নির্মিত হবে। এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্পর্কিত বা উদ্ভূত কোনো বিতর্ক বাংলাদেশ আদালত দ্বারা সমাধান করা হবে।

১৩. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

অটোকেয়ার এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে যেকোনো সময় আগাম নোটিশ ছাড়া। যে কোনও পরিবর্তন এই ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট করার সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে। যে কোনও আপডেটের জন্য এই শর্তাবলী নিয়মিতভাবে পর্যালোচনা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।

১৪. সমাপ্তি
